Kristin Ritter
Founder, Speech Language Pathologist
Kristin graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Disabilities and certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Communications Disorders from Mercy College. Kristin is ASHA certified as she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology and holds a NY State License. She is also PROMPT Certified.
Kristin has worked in a variety of settings including clinics, hospitals, rehab centers, schools, and in homes. She has treated many different ages between birth-18 years, and many populations including, and not limited to, children with Apraxia, Autism, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delays, and Feeding Disorders. Kristin helped build the Early Intervention Speech Therapy Program and the Feeding Program at Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
Kristin has been featured on Northwell Hospitals Patient Stories, News12, and published an article in Baby Got Chat.

Christopher Tapia
Speech Language Pathologist
Christopher has been with Kids Enchanted since the Fall of 2023. He has completed his Clinical Fellowship and is now a licensed SLP and holds his CCC from ASHA.
Christopher provides services to students in special education programs within school settings as well as CPSE students receiving related services.
He is a proud graduate of the College of Saint Rose, having completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies there.
With a diverse professional background, he has had the privilege of working with various areas and populations, including language development, neuro services, and voice modification, spanning different age ranges from early intervention, elementary, and adult. My career path brings him immense fulfillment as he enjoys supporting and interacting with a range of remarkable young individuals, contributing to their growth and development.
Outside of work, you can often find him indulging in my hobbies, whether it's playing tennis, taking leisurely walks with his puppy, or spending quality time with his family.
Gina DePolo
Speech Language Pathologist
Gina DePolo is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She joined Kid’s Enchanted in the Fall of 2023. She provides services to students 5-21 in a special education program in a school setting.
Gina graduated from Iona University with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Psychology. She then continued her education in Speech-Language Pathology and obtained her Master’s degree in Communications Sciences & Disorders and certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities.
Gina is ASHA certified and has her NY State Speech License.
She has treated children with varying speech and language disorders/delays in a variety of settings. Through this experience, she has developed a passion for working with children of all different backgrounds and individual needs. I have treated many different ages between 1-19 years.

Beckie Dugaillard
Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow
Beckie is a clinical fellow working towards her Speech-Language license. She joined Kid’s Enchanted in the Fall of 2024. She provides services to preschool students in a special education program within a school setting.
Beckie graduated from CUNY Lehman College with a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology, with certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities. She has performed treatment and diagnosis of disorders related to pediatric feeding, receptive and expressive language disorders, pragmatic language disorders, articulation, fluency, and augmentative and alternative communication modalities in infants, pre-school children, and school-aged children.
Beckie has a passion for working with pediatrics of all ages and at all stages of their speech and language impediments.

Julie Gasparri
Speech Language Pathologist
Julie is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist who has been with Kids Enchanted since summer of 2024. She provides services to preschool students in a special education program within a school setting.
Julie attended SUNY New Paltz where she earned a BA and MS in Education. She holds a TSSLD and her CCC from ASHA.
She has received additional training in the areas of autism, feeding, language impairment, and articulation disorders.
Julie has experience with children birth to 5 years of age from her prior position with MidHudson Regional. She also had a private practice in Putnam County from 2001-2006 where she worked with the Early Intervention population.
Julie absolutely loves what she does for a living and especially enjoys working with the preschool population.

Tiylae Bill
Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow
Tiylae (ta-lay-ya) is a CFY-SLP. She attended SUNY New Paltz where she received her Bachelors in Communication Disorders. In addition, she attended the University of Virginia where she received her Master's degree in Communication Disorders. Tiylae is a certified Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD).
Her professional experience spans from working with children aged infancy to middle school, and has provided services to children in daycares, summer camps, and homes. She has also worked as an early intervention Behavioral Therapist, supporting young children in reaching their developmental milestones through individualized strategies and care.
Tiylae is passionate about working with children and creating a supportive and inclusive environment that helps achieve growth and communication. She has always been passionate about helping children and their families achieve their goals!
